Virtual Volunteer Information Session

Come learn more about TreeHouse and our volunteer opportunities. This virtual meeting is the first step in becoming a TreeHouse volunteer.

Meal and Snack Provider

Help feed hungry TreeHouse teens! During the pandemic season TreeHouse is collecting pre-packaged snack items and meal gift cards to help meet this most basic need while maintaining safety protocols. We are looking for folks who want to donate on their own, or gather their friends, neighbors, and community members to help collect snack items and gift cards. Snack ideas include: water bottles, flavored water packets, pop, cookies, crackers, chips, popcorn, granola bars, fruit snacks, candy Gift card ideas include: Caribou, Subway, Chipotle, Noodles, Chick-Fil-A, etc To coordinate a drop-off time, or get more information, please click "Express Interest" below

Connect Program Assistant

On our Connect nights, volunteers play a supporting role for the games, skits, media, and teaching that make up that evening’s programs. Your main purpose is to build relationships with teens and make TreeHouse a safe space for them to have fun and learn more about God. Time Commitment: minimum one year Must be two years out of high school to volunteer.

Community Development Team Member

The Community Development Team (CDT) is comprised of 10-12 caring adults who assist their local TreeHouse in stewarding the mission and values of TreeHouse to the community through volunteer engagement, community awareness, event planning, and fundraising. Time Commitment: 2-5 hours/month


Help solve the number one barrier to teen participation in TreeHouse programs- transportation. Provide rides to teens before and after weekly programs. According to TreeHouse COVID Safety Guidelines, all teens and drivers must wear masks in vehicles. Number of teens per vehicle limited to accommodate social distancing. Personal vehicle and insurance required. If applicable, drivers may be trained to drive a TreeHouse van. Time Commitment: 2-3 hrs/wk

TreeHouse Next Coach

Join teens and coaches from your TreeHouse location for group coaching sessions to help teens develop an educational or vocational path for the future. Assist teens in the areas of: ACT/SAT preparation; essay writing; college or vocational school applications; financial aid; resume/interview preparation; and guidance for the transition after high school. Training provided. Time Commitment: 5 hours/month, Sept-May Must be local, available for in-person meetings as needed


Provide consistent influence and guidance through one-to-one mentoring and enjoy the journey of seeing life transformation in a teen’s life. Training is provided. Minimum Time Commitment: one year Specific Hours: Flexible Must be two years out of high school to volunteer.

Support Group Facilitator

Invest directly in the lives of teens during Support Group programs. You'll have the chance to build relationships with teens during large group time and free time. You'll also be trained to facilitate a smaller support group, creating a safe environment for teens to share what's going on in their lives and get support from their peers. Time Commitment: minimum one year Must be two years out of high school to volunteer.

Prayer Team

TreeHouse’s programs can’t happen without the help of dedicated community members who are invested in the lives of the teens we serve. Volunteers partner with TreeHouse staff to support our programs and impact the teens in their community. One way to volunteer is to pray for staff and teens in your local community.
